Parking for the May 3rd Welcome Reception

If you are able to join us for the Welcome Reception at Krause's Cafe on Saturday, May 3rd, there are several options for parking. Krause's Cafe has a small parking lot. You can also park at the Co-Op Marketplace located at 210 S Castell Ave. There is a free parking lot located on the corner of S Castell Ave. and W Coll St.

Transportation from the hotels to the venue

For Hampton Inn & Suites guests, the bus will leave at 3:40pm. For Hilton Gard Inn guests, the bus will leave at 3:45pm. The bus will arrive at the venue at 4:15pm.

The bus will make two trips from the venue back to the hotels: one at 9pm and one at 11pm.

Are there accommodations in Canyon Lake?

Yes! Canyon Lake has many Airbnb and VRBO options. These are great for guests wanting a little more space.

Can I get an Uber or Lyft to/from the reception?

Unfortunately there are limited options for Uber and Lyft in the area. We highly recommend guests use the provided transportation or rent a car. If you plan on renting a car, check out Turo! It's a car rental app that allows you to rent a car directly from the owner (like Airbnb or VRBO, but for cars). Turo often has a wider selection and is less expensive than car rental companies!

Where are the ceremony and reception?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Preserve at Canyon Lake, 14400 FM306, Canyon Lake, TX 78133. When driving on FM306, look for the sign at the entrance of the driveway.

Which airports are nearby the venue?

Guests can fly into either Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (57 miles from venue) or San Antonio International Airport (41 miles from venue).

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719, USA

From AUS, take State Hwy 71 W for 1.5 miles, then take I-35 S toward San Antonio for 40 miles. Take exit 195 to FM1102 N for 2 miles, then turn right onto Hoffmann Ln. In 2.2 miles, turn right on FM306. The Preserve at Canyon Lake will be in 9 miles to the right. Alternatively, to avoid I-35 S through downtown Austin, take State Hwy 71 E from AUS for 2 miles and then take TX-130 Toll toward San Antonio. In 8 miles, take TX-45 Toll W towards Buda, then in 8.5 miles take I-35 S toward San Anotnio.

From SAT, take US-281 N for 14.6 miles. Take the ramp toward New Braunfels, then merge onto TX-46 E. In 4.3 miles, take FM3159 E for 6.3 miles, then take FM2673 E for 6 miles. Follow signs for FM306 , then in 0.2 miles take a left into The Preserve at Canyon Lake.
